- Knowledge of Debt Pay Pro is a MUST.
- Ability to work under pressure and complete assigned tasks diligently.
- Must be coachable and eager to grow.
- Collect necessary documents in a timely manner.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems at one time.
- You must hold yourself at the highest standard for quality.
Qualifications to Possess:
- Customer Service Oriented and the ability to be detail-oriented.
- Must have at least 6 months experience on the phone.
- Willingness to learn/ coach-able.
- Communicates clearly and effectively.
- Must have a positive and optimistic attitude.
- $13-$15.00 + bonus. With a 90 days performance review for a raise.
- Mortgage: 1 year (Preferred).
- Loan Processing: 1 year (Preferred).
- High school or equivalent (Preferred).
