We are currently looking for a customer service oriented, and experienced loan processor to manage the daily operations for our growing company, and someone who is motivated to become a part of our expanding family.
- Completing Welcome Calls upon the client’s enrollment.
- Collecting the vital documents from the client shortly after the client’s enrollment.
- Preparing and submitting the client's forbearance and consolidation.
- Communicating efficiently and clearly with the client at all times.
- Ability to pay great attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking and navigating Debt Pay Pro.
- Maintaining a positive attitude, even in stressful situations.
