We are growing at an exponential rate and have immediate Student Loan Processor openings for those who have a passion to help people resolve their financial worries.
Student Loan Processor:
This is full-time hourly with our fast-growing company. Our employees are paid on a weekly basis and often have opportunities to collect bonuses through various performance sprints.
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 pm.

- Prepare and complete debt consolidation applications.
- Collect updated payment information, pay stubs, tax information.
- Collect pertinent information to onboard the client into our service.
- Collect pertinent documents necessary to carry out our service.
- Submit forbearance requests and annual recertification paperwork.
- Communicate service expectations to clients.
- Communicate service timelines to clients.
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone and email.
- Maintain the Company’s standards of excellent client service.
- Manage a large pipeline of clients accurately and efficiently.
